Kent, WA: Redline Bicycles went live with an all new and improved website this weekend, timed with the introduction of their 2006 line of race, freestyle and adult bikes. This is the fourth version of Redline’s website in the past six years and, for the first time ever, was fully designed in-house by SBS’ infamous Design Militia.

From the front page, viewers have a choice of three areas to enter – BMX Racing, Adult Bikes or Freestyle BMX. It’s three .. three sites in one.

“The input we received from visitors was that freestylers don’t want to wade thru racing stuff to find what they want, and the cyclo-cross crowd doesn’t want to see any BMX stuff on their way to our Conquest bikes,” summed up gOrk, Redline’s marketing director. “So, basically we’ve given them three unique websites to go to. Now we can market each specific line of bikes, and tailor the look and style to that specific buyer.”

The overhauled Redline site has plenty of new features, with modified versions of the ol’ favorite functions. Our designers have expanded the Team Rider pages and added some fresh wallpaper and IM icons in the download areas on all three sites. The Photo Galleries for each category of bikes has been expanded, and there is still the Club Redline link; where visitors can join to receive monthly newsletters.
