Ron Bonner sells UGP

To those who didnt know, Underground Products, known in the industry as UGP, was sold earlier this month. UGP is a long time BMX brand, started by owner Ron Bonner in 1986, while he was in high school. Bonner felt that the new owners could take the brand to the next level and allow him to concentrate more on his other brand, The Shadow Conspiracy, and Sparky's Distribution which handles Shadow, Mutiny, Soul Video Mag, Sputnic, and French bike brand Twenty BMX. Bonner says the current UGP team will "stay on course."
