A: All videos are compressed in Windows Media Player. Maybe downloading a copy
of the new windows media player 10
could help resolve the issue. First try to download the video directly to your
computer and then play it from the folder in which
you saved it to. All you have to do is right click on the video from the little
pop up window and
choose "save target as."
Secondly, if downloading the video does not work go ahead and download a free
copy of windows media
player 10 from the Microsoft website, you can use this direct link.

Q: Can I use the photographs on the website for commercial use.
A: No. If you wish to republish any of the photographs on the website, please contact ISTV.COM for pricing.
Q: Why does the radio broadcast play then crash?
A: Because we use a satellite as apposed to a regular internet connection,
we
are forced to deal with technical issues that are not encountered when using
the standard internet
connection feed. We use a satellite connection because some of the locations
in which races are held are so
remote that we can not depend on there being an internet connection for us to
use.
We have been working with our satellite provider to resolve issues which
have continued to hinder our internet stream. At some times during the
broadcast the stream does crash, however we immediately refresh the encoder
and the stream begins
again. We also monitor the broadcast as we stream it and if a problem occurs
we do our best to get the problem corrected and the stream restarted.
Also please remember that the quality of the broadcast depends your internet
connection speed as well as how many servers/routers your connection has to
go through before it
receives our broadcast. If at any point along the way the stream is interrupted
it could cause you
to lose quality or completely lose the connection. If this happens please make
sure to refresh your
connection to the radio stream by clicking on the radio link so that your windows
media player reconnects.
Q: How do I cancel my monthly membership?

Q: How long after a Race does it take for ISTV to have the videos edited and up on the website?
